We want you to love your organic essentials, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be unopened with the tamper-evident seal intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
